Making claim is a simple process, no matter where you are in Australia you can simply contact integrity road side assist or head office they will then assist you with your claim by providing you the closest licenced mechanic to your breakdown location, then they will work directly with mechanic and organized to cover the cost of repairs or replacement of certain components and parts of your new or used vehicle, due to mechanical breakdown.
Please note all claims made will be paid directly to your licenced mechanic, therefore consumer don’t require to make any payment .
